Winter Training Presentation by Steve James of STARTAC

Steve James of STARTAC will be coming along to the Club Room to give a presentation on winter training, and how best to look after your body as the training intensity increases in preparation for the better weather. It doesn’t matter if your goal is simply to raise your fitness ready for the longer summer rides, or if you have specific event or fitness goals in mind, there’ll be useful information for everyone! Steve is a highly competent local cyclist, specialising in Crits and Cyclocross,  and is also a running coach, alongside his soft tissue therapy practice.
